These terms govern your use of the Website only. The purchase, deployment, licensing, support and maintenance of Stellarview products and services (including Recon cameras, EdgeTrack, GateGuard, GateGuard Connect, AI Search and related software, APIs and services) are governed by separate written agreements such as a purchase order, tender contract, master services agreement, end-user licence agreement or partner agreement. If there is any conflict between these terms and such an agreement, the agreement prevails for the matters it covers.
The Website provides general information about Stellarview products. Specifications, performance figures, accuracy figures and certification statements reflect certified test conditions, published standards, or results from specific deployments as of the date of publication, and are provided to help you evaluate our products. Actual performance depends on site conditions, mounting, lighting, network, integration and configuration, and may differ.
Nothing on the Website is an offer capable of acceptance, a binding specification, or a warranty. For tenders, quotations and contracts, rely only on the formal datasheets, compliance statements, OEM authorisation letters and quotations that Stellarview issues to you directly. We may change, discontinue or improve products at any time without notice.
Datasheets, brochures, spec sheets, manuals, deployment documents, case studies and certificates made available on the Website (“Documents”) are provided for the purpose of evaluating, specifying, deploying and supporting Stellarview products.
You may download, print and share Documents within your organisation and with your consultants, and include them in tender or procurement submissions where Stellarview is the proposed original equipment manufacturer. You may not alter a Document, remove or obscure Stellarview’s name, logos or notices, present a Document as your own, or use a Document to design, market or support a competing product.
Certificates displayed or downloadable from the Website remain the property of the issuing bodies and of Stellarview. If you need to verify a certificate or require an OEM authorisation letter for a tender, contact info@stellarview.ai.
The Website and its content, including text, images, video, sample evidence frames, illustrations, page layout, software and Documents, are owned by or licensed to Stellarview and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Stellarview, Recon, EdgeTrack, GateGuard, GateGuard Connect, AI Search, the Stellarview logo and the phrase “See. Reason. Act.” are trademarks of Stellarview (registration status to be confirmed). Logos and names of customers, partners and certification bodies belong to their respective owners and are shown to indicate deployment, partnership or certification relationships.
